Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 September 2026

This policy explains what Trdgo.ai collects when you use the website or the app, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers trdgo.ai and the Trdgo.ai mobile apps.

What we collect

  • Your account. The phone number you verify by OTP, or the name and email address Google gives us when you sign in with Google. A password, if you set one, is stored only as a hash.
  • Your MetaTrader link. When you connect a trading account in Broker Hub we store its login number, the server name, and an encrypted session token from our broker gateway. We do not store your MetaTrader password.
  • What you do in the app. Chats with the AI assistant, charts you upload for analysis, strategies you build, support tickets, and your copy trading settings and history.
  • Trading data read from your account. Balance, equity, open positions and closed trades, read from the broker so the app can show them and, if you use copy trading, act on them.
  • Technical records. The time you were last active, and ordinary server logs. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

  • To sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • To show your account, prices, news and the economic calendar.
  • To answer what you ask the AI assistant, and to analyse charts you upload.
  • To run copy trading when you choose it: placing, changing and closing orders in your account according to the trader you copy and the size you set, and settling the performance fee of the offer you joined.
  • To reply to support tickets, and to notify you about your copies and your account.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your data. It reaches these companies only to make the features work:

  • Your broker — the one holding your trading account. Orders placed through copy trading reach them, as your own orders do.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — the AI that answers your questions and reads charts you upload. Your message and the chart you send are processed to produce the answer.
  • Market data and news providers — Twelve Data, Benzinga and economic calendar sources. They receive the symbols requested, not your identity.
  • Our own infrastructure — our server in Germany, our database provider, and WhatsApp Business (Meta) for the sign-in code and copy trade alerts sent to your number.
  • Anyone we are legally required to disclose to.

Other users never see who you are. A trader you copy sees only the trading account number of their copiers, never a name, phone number or email address.

How long it is kept

Your account and its history are kept while the account exists. Trading and commission records are kept as long as we are required to, because they are financial records. Ask us to delete your account and we remove your personal data and unlink your trading account; records we must keep by law are retained and nothing further is processed.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Broker session tokens are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and access to the database is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if something affecting your data goes wrong.

Your choices

  • Unlink your trading account at any time in Broker Hub.
  • Stop copying a trader at any time on the Social page.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted.
  • Turn off WhatsApp alerts by replying STOP, or by asking us.

To make any of these requests, open a ticket on the Support page.

Children

Trdgo.ai is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a notice appears in the app when the change is significant.
